Terms of Service
Last updated: April 19, 2026
1. Using SELV
SELV is a personal habit tracking tool. By creating an account, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. Don't abuse the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape data at scale, or interfere with other users' access.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you use Google OAuth, Google's terms also apply to that authentication step. You must be at least 16 years old to use SELV.
3. Your data
You own your data. The habits you create, completions you log, and XP you earn belong to you. You can export all of it at any time from your settings page, and you can delete your account and all associated data whenever you want.
By using SELV, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your habit data to train AI models or sell it to third parties.
4. Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees. SELV is provided “as is.” We may take the service down for maintenance, updates, or if continued operation becomes impossible. We'll give reasonable notice before any planned extended downtime.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SELV and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of productivity, or decisions made based on habit data shown in the app.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes that can't be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ukrainian courts.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we'll notify you via email before they take effect. Continued use of SELV after that date means you accept the new terms.
