99 levels. 7 bands.
Then ranks.
SELV's leveling system is designed to reward consistent effort over time. XP accumulates permanently. Levels increase progressively. And the bands — Iron through Obsidian — represent the arc of a character who keeps showing up.
The XP formula
Each completed task earns XP equal to its weight (1–5). The maximum XP per day equals the sum of all your active task weights. A "perfect day" earns you all of it.

The 7 bands
Every 15 levels, you enter a new band. Each band represents a different tier of sustained commitment. Reaching Gold (level 45) means you've been consistently showing up for months.
After level 99
Level 99 is the ceiling, but it's not the end. After reaching 99, players earn prestige ranks within the Obsidian band — Roman numeral designations (Obsidian I, Obsidian II, etc.) for every 500 additional XP accumulated. This represents the ongoing journey of someone who has mastered their routines and continues to show up.
